Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support SI&WS programs in Albuquerque, NM or El Segundo, CA. You will lead IMS development, perform critical path analysis, and manage schedule integration across IPTs to enable on-time delivery of complex space defense programs.

The role requires 5+ years in program or project management and deep experience with MS Project Server, Open Plan, Primavera, and EVM under DFARS. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of experience using integrated scheduling tools (MS Project Server, Open Plan Professional, Primavera).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) under DFARS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lead for IMS development and maintenance for IPTs.
• Align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan and other plans.
• Assess schedule risk, identify opportunities, and report performance.
• Integrate supplier and partner plans into IMS.
• Provide coaching and leadership to junior staff.
