Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to support SI&WS programs in Albuquerque, NM or El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting IP&M deliverables.

Requires 5+ years in program management and expertise with scheduling tools (MS Project Server, Primavera, Open Plan). Must have active TS/SCI clearance; position is 100% onsite with relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years’ experience with integrated scheduling tools (MS Project Server, Open Plan Professional, Primavera).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the schedule lead with IPTs to develop and maintain the IMS.
• Align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis and sub-schedules.
• Ensure schedule compliance, assess risk, and provide robust IMS reporting to program management.
• Lead integration of supplier and partner plans into the IMS for unified execution.
• Enable quick-turn analyses and scenario planning to improve schedule visibility.
• Provide training, coaching, and leadership to junior team members.
• Offer SME guidance on processes and tools for IP&S.
