Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to join the Space Communication Programs team and contribute to government program schedules. You will develop IMS/IMP, baseline and in‑work schedules, perform critical path analysis, and support IPMR Deliverables while leading IP&S activities across projects.

This onsite role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project or Program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience leading a team or a project.
• Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management – Architect and lead portfolio networking in a Project Server environment
• Program Planning – Developing initial planning products (e.g. IMP, WBS, Master Phasing Schedule)
• Program Scheduling – Development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Detailed Scheduling & Change Management – Developing and maintaining lower-level schedules
• Change Integration – Manages the change integration teams
• Project Management – Lead key program initiatives to improve execution
