Qualifications

• 12+ years in program planning, scheduling, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EVM methods and reporting.
• Experience managing scheduling deliverables and IPMR formats.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop ESG IP&S employees and first-level managers.
• Provide strategic direction for integrated planning across ESG.
• Oversee scheduling across programs including IMS and baselines.
• Perform schedule risk, critical path, and what-if analysis.
• Ensure IPMR and scheduling outputs meet Boeing policy requirements.
