Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, seeks two Program Schedulers to partner with the program team to baseline, analyze, and maintain the integrated schedule across all program phases. You will lead planning exercises, communicate deviations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with cross-functional teams in El Segundo.

Level 3 and Level 4 roles support aerospace programs requiring US citizenship, security clearances, and collaboration with product development and program controllers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in scheduling or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Server in a scheduling role
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
• US Citizenship required with ability to obtain a US security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain an integrated program schedule
• Perform trend, variance, and impact analysis and communicate deviations
• Create schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; update plans throughout the lifecycle
• Improve project management processes and implement best practices
• Direct all phases of projects from inception to completion
• Establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Assist in performance recovery planning for ongoing stakeholder support
• Oversee deployment of approved schedule recommendations at multiple levels
