Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Alpharetta is hiring a strategic advisor to lead insurance due diligence for buy-side M&A and to evaluate risks while aligning coverage across the deal lifecycle.

You will partner with clients, producers, underwriters, and transaction counsel to deliver integrated risk and insurance solutions, including tail/run-off considerations, renewal strategy, and program design for ongoing operations and deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client service experience in insurance or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with M&A due diligence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance due diligence for buy-side M&A transactions, reviewing policies, claims history, loss runs, and exposure data.
• Analyze insurance programs to identify risks, coverage gaps, and transaction-related exposures.
• Implement post-close insurance strategies including tail/run-off coverage placement and endorsements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex programs, renewals, carrier negotiations, and risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, producers, underwriters, legal counsel, and advisors to align risk and insurance solutions with transaction objectives.
• Be the primary client point of contact, delivering guidance on risk, coverage structure, and compliance.
