Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic insurance due diligence for buy-side M&A transactions. You will evaluate policies, loss runs and exposure data, and guide coverage alignment for post-close integration across client operations.

As a trusted advisor to clients, producers, and the deal team, you’ll shape risk strategies, renewal plans, and compliance across complex programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent client-service experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with commercial insurance programs and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance due diligence for buy-side M&A transactions.
• Review policies, claims history, loss runs and exposure data.
• Identify risks, coverage gaps and contingent liabilities.
• Advise on tail/run-off coverage and strategy.
• Coordinate with clients, producers, underwriters, counsel and advisors.
• Provide guidance on risk management and coverage structure.
