Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in broker/agency distribution, marketing, or sales leadership in insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to design national or multi-region distribution strategies with revenue impact.
• Existing relationships with middle market broker principals and producers.
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
• Executive-level negotiation, communication, and influence skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, own, and evolve a national commercial middle market broker strategy and geographic expansion.
• Build and strengthen distribution capability, tooling, reporting, and broker experience standards.
• Cultivate executive-level broker partnerships and negotiate terms.
• Lead performance measurement and reporting for distribution effectiveness.
• Partner with marketing, underwriting, and claims to ensure a differentiated broker experience.
