Ladders seeks an Account Executive to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships within the insurance and risk management environment, coordinating new and renewal business, supporting marketing efforts, and delivering timely, high-quality coverage solutions.

You will work closely with internal producers, client service teams, and carrier partners to identify opportunities and support account strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong client relation skills with excellent communication and service orientation.
• Leadership skills to provide direction and motivate team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight trips.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships through various communication methods
• Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan addressing business needs and risk management goals
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely and professional handling of new and renewal accounts
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage
• Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned clients, coordinating meetings to present options
• Lead marketing efforts for accounts as requested by producers or marketing account executives
• Prepare and present marketing information to clients and producers as needed
