W3Global is seeking an Account Executive to manage a commercial book of business in a hybrid role with remote options. The position focuses on client retention, renewal strategy, and delivering insurance solutions across multiple lines.

Candidates should have 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license, and strong AMS skills. Occasional travel may be required; work hours align with California business hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience (15+ preferred).
• Valid Property & Casualty license required.
• CIC designation preferred or in progress.
• Proven success growing and managing a moderate-sized book of business.
• Proficient with an Agency Management System (AMS).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a commercial book of business.
• Serve as primary contact for moderate-sized accounts, including top 50 accounts.
• Lead marketing, renewal negotiations, and carrier strategy.
• Perform in-depth coverage analysis and develop risk management solutions.
• Drive retention and opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and support staff.
