Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a client relationship manager in Kentucky to retain and grow a defined portfolio. You will guide client strategy, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and conduct stewardship reviews to align with growth goals.

The role requires collaboration with service, loss control, and leadership to deliver outcomes. Required are a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of related experience, plus appropriate P&C licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience with HS diploma/GED.
• Experience tracking client renewal and growth strategies.
• Licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand specific clients identified by local management, typically for aProducer with a book generating $1.5MM+ in annual revenue.
• Drive overall client strategy to meet/exceed client growth goals.
• Coordinate involvement of service, loss control and leadership to meet objectives.
• Conduct stewardship reviews and develop/executable strategic plans.
• Work with service teams to ensure timely resolutions and satisfactory outcomes.
