Howden is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing U.S. team. You will manage client relationships, understand client needs, and coordinate delivery of insurance and risk management solutions for a portfolio of clients.

Your day-to-day includes renewing coverage, collaborating with producers and carriers, and guiding clients through complex insurance programs while staying compliant with regulatory requirements. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance or employee benefits.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver a high level of service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients and act as primary contact for insurance needs.
• Understand clients' businesses, exposures, and evolving insurance requirements.
• Coordinate with Producers, carriers, and internal teams to renew and deliver solutions.
• Lead renewal processes, develop renewal strategies, and communicate timelines.
