Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to act as a strategic learning consultant, partnering with leaders to diagnose and address performance needs and develop capability-building strategies.

The role covers design across in-person, virtual, blended, and web-based formats, leading projects, evaluating impact, and advancing learning technology adoption to support leadership development and bank-wide capability growth.

Qualifications

Diagnose performance and business needs and translate into learning strategies.
Design and develop learning solutions across in-person, virtual, blended formats.
Lead learning projects with scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
Influence senior leaders with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to diagnose needs and translate requirements.
Lead design and development from analysis to implementation using adult learning principles.
Create learning experiences that enable role readiness and leadership development.
Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with senior leaders.
Manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
Measure outcomes and translate data into actionable improvements.
Present strategies and evaluation findings to executives and align stakeholders.
