Pilot Company is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, implement, and evaluate complex learning solutions that improve employee performance and align with organizational goals.

In this senior role, you will lead instructional design for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning initiatives, partnering with business leaders and SMEs to identify needs and craft scalable, measurable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree or advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of instructional design or related experience.
• Experience designing both instructor-led and digital learning solutions.
• Experience leading complex design projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and evaluation of complex learning solutions and curricula.
• Conduct performance consulting to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Design ILT, VILT, blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning.
• Create engaging digital learning using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Manage projects from initiation to evaluation, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals.
• Develop learning strategies and pathways to improve capability and growth.
• Analyze learner feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor instructional designers and support standards and QA practices.
• Collaborate with external vendors on development projects.
