Job summary

National Vision Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Design Specialist to develop and evaluate training programs for field, management, and corporate teams.

You will partner with Field Operations to identify needs, design new programs, and update existing ones according to National Vision guidelines. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end design, supporting LMS tools, coaching the design team, and measuring training effectiveness to improve performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years related experience in instructional design or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Professional certifications in instructional design are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for multiple divisions and delivery methods.
• Support LMS and curriculum development to manage content and participation.
• Coach and mentor the learning design team in delivering learning solutions.
• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness to improve learning and reduce costs.
• Coordinate between RSC and field to drive corporate initiatives.
