Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing, account planning, or brand strategy
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights and strategy
• Proficient in presenting insights to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience insights
• Translate data into brand positioning, audience strategy, and campaign plans
• Develop strategies across paid, earned, owned, and shared media
• Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and account teams to implement recommendations
• Lead client conversations, workshops, and present findings to stakeholders
• Create compelling narratives and presentations for complex data
• Guide measurement and reporting to identify opportunities for future strategy
• Incorporate AI and emerging tools to enhance research quality and impact
• Act as strategic advisor and challenge conventional thinking when needed
• Identify opportunities to expand insights and strategy services
• Mentor and develop team members within Insight & Strategy
• Travel occasionally as needed
