Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of analytics/insights or intelligence experience in PR/Communications/Advertising
• Strong background in social media analytics and social listening
• Experience with generative AI models and integrating AI into workflows
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and client recommendations

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights for communications, campaigns, and reputation.
• Translate data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate social analytics against client KPIs and baselines.
• Identify trends and audience behaviors from online conversations.
• Oversee social listening programs using tools like Sprinklr and Brandwatch.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business opportunities.
