Mindgruve seeks a Director of Strategy to drive integrated marketing strategies for major client accounts. You will lead cross‑functional teams, own the strategic vision, and mentor the strategy group while managing 2–4 large accounts.

You will design multi‑channel strategies, inform data‑driven decisions, and collaborate with executives to align deliverables with client goals. This role offers hybrid collaboration across Mindgruve’s U.S. offices and remote opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required.
• 10–12 years of progressive marketing and strategy experience, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role.
• Agency experience preferred; experience managing multi‑channel programs for diverse clients.
• Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• CRM, marketing automation, and CDP strategy with lifecycle program experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day strategic lead on key accounts, owning the overall strategic vision, roadmap, and business outcomes.
• Lead discovery processes including stakeholder interviews, research, and audience segmentation.
• Create compelling strategic presentations for C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
• Architect, build, and optimize CRM and lifecycle programs end to end in the client’s martech stack.
