Burson’s Insights & Intelligence team seeks a Director to align data with strategic storytelling for global brands. You’ll lead analytics programs, translate complex data into clear client recommendations, and mentor junior colleagues while partnering with account teams to drive impact.

You’ll apply AI capabilities to enhance insight generation, expand client engagements, and guide social listening initiatives across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of analytics/insights or intelligence experience in PR/communications/advertising.
• Strong social listening and analytics storytelling.
• Experience with generative AI models and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights that inform communications and campaigns.
• Translate data into narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
