Job summary

Emser Tile is seeking a Corporate Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue through proactive sales activities, lead follow-up, and account reactivation. You will collaborate with Branch Managers and Outside Sales Representatives to expand assigned territory and meet quotas.

The role requires consultative communication, strong product knowledge, and effective use of BOOST CRM with JDE for quotes and orders. Reporting to Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle, credit, shipping and order management.
• Ability to forecast sales and manage partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas through new conversions and account growth.
• Process quotes and sales orders in JDE and maintain CRM data in BOOST.
• Follow up on leads from emser.com, tradeshows, dealers and partners.
• Coordinate sample shipments and respond to pricing or product issues promptly.
• Maintain proactive relationships with active and dormant accounts to stimulate growth.
