DRT Metal Packaging is seeking a driven Inside Sales & Account Development Specialist to grow customer relationships and uncover opportunities across parts, service, upgrades, training, and capital equipment. • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer spend through consultative selling and account development.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and new applications.
• Support strategic account growth initiatives.
• Manage opportunities from lead to close.
• Drive quotation follow-up and customer engagement.
• Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast.
• Develop quotations, proposals, and solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain.
