Job summary

You will partner with customers to understand equipment challenges and business goals, then craft value-driven solutions, manage opportunities, and drive revenue with Engineering and Operations support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer spend through consultative selling and account development.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and new applications.
• Manage opportunities from lead to close.
• Develop quotations, proposals, and solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Deliver responsive support and proactive communication.
