DRT Holdings is seeking an Inside Sales & Technical B2B Specialist to grow customer relationships across Parts, Service, Technical Solutions, Upgrades, Training, and Capital Equipment. You will partner with customers to understand equipment and goals, then craft value-based solutions to drive revenue.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, opportunity management, and collaboration with Engineering, Service, and Operations to deliver outcomes and recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer spend through consultative selling and account development.
• Manage opportunities from lead to close and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Develop quotations, proposals, and solutions in collaboration with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Be a trusted advisor to manufacturing and industrial customers, delivering responsive support.
