Job summary

Aitken Manufacturing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, driving new business and leads for the sales groups.

The role requires five years of industrial sales experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and company quotation systems. The position is office-based with possible extended hours in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of related industrial sales experience.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills with executive level communications.
• Knowledge of estimating procedures, order entry, quotation systems and bid/proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for internal/external customers.
• Estimate a specific product line, construct quotations, and submit client quotations with limited supervision.
• Ensure bids and proposals are completed per customer requirements.
• Develop and document customer requirements and collaborate with all departments.
• Use strong sales skills to influence customer decisions and portray a professional company image.
