Job summary

AMMEGA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive lead generation, manage outbound prospecting, and convert opportunities into orders. You will research, qualify leads, and collaborate with customers to upsell products and services.

You will maintain CRM records, prepare quotes, coordinate delivery, and build lasting relationships while supporting management with competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of related business-to-business customer service experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
• Ability to write reports and respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Ability to present information clearly and calculate quotes.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting – makes outbound follow-up calls to qualify leads and close sales.
• Manage CRM for call schedules, quotes follow-up, returns, and inquiries.
• Support smaller accounts and contribute to competitor analysis.
• Handle inbound sales leads and convert calls into orders.
• Overcome objections and provide product information and demos on request.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders with prices and terms.
• Track stock levels and estimate delivery dates.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate training.
• Enter new customer data into the CRM for current accounts.
• Provide updates to leadership and assist with business growth plans.
