Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or B2C sales with a focus on construction or service industries.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients over the phone.
• Business development experience with a focus on customer service and client communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients using CRM software and other sales technologies
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our basement solutions offerings
• Engage in consultative selling to build rapport and demonstrate the value of our services
• Maintain detailed records of interactions within Salesforce or other CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation campaigns
• Assist in facilitating smooth handoffs to the inside sales team for deal closing
• Use telemarketing techniques to nurture relationships, increase engagement, and convert prospects into customers
