Job summary

Cencora, through World Courier, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage an inside sales territory with existing customers and inbound leads. You will engage primarily by phone, Skype, and email, building trust and driving revenue within your territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying needs, and coordinating with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is typical for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated and successful sales experience including territory prospecting, individual customer needs analysis, tailored proposal development and successful presentation, and contract signature.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Develops productive business relationships with existing customers in their territory and establishes relationships with new customers.
• Qualifies business needs and executes cross-divisional sales activity within the given account.
• Collaborates with internal subject matter experts, operations and sales to grow the territory.
• Prioritizes territory management to maximize time with high-potential customers.
• Prepares for customer interactions, schedules calls, and creates sales opportunities.
• Participates in training to maintain a consultative sales approach.
