Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Key contact between customers, field sales/tech, and all internal departments.
• Receives and processes customer orders and inquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Prepares quotes and handles inquiries promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Manages assigned accounts and terms with databases and processes (SAP / Google / Portal).
• Provides timely responses on lead times, PO status, and product capabilities.
• Supports cross-functional teams and other company functions as needed.
