Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of inside sales and/or supporting customer account growth experience required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to handle multiple assignments.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and develop accurate quotations meeting company standards.
• Quote follow-up to support order placement and forecasts.
• Manage daily business for customers: respond to inquiries, provide order updates, resolve complaints.
• Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review purchase orders for pricing, certificates, and compliance with quotes.
• Support and/or manage the RMA process (repairs and returns).
• Prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload.
