Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service representative to enter estimates, update quotes, and coordinate with customers to ensure correct product specifications are quoted. The role supports the Sales Team by maintaining high-quality service and accurate estimating processes.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in customer service or inside sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• General proficiency with CE, Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter estimates into estimating systems and keep records updated.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure correct product specification and quoting.
• Multi-task across several projects while maintaining accuracy.
• Work independently to meet daily benchmarks and deadlines.
• Fill in for Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
