Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive transactional sales for the ET/UT product line. You will manage customer inquiries, build account plans, and coordinate with Sales Managers to grow the install base.

In this role you will respond to RFQs, maintain CRM integrity, and identify new opportunities through proactive business development while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of proven success in an internal sales position or equivalent.
• Expertise in selling high-tech equipment and software B2B with long and complex sales cycles.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced English speaking and writing; other languages are a plus.
• NDT expertise is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• Develop and implement account plans for assigned customers.
• Act as first line of support for sales and admin inquiries.
• Coordinate quotes via Salesforce/e-store and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and opportunity tracking.
• Research accounts and generate interest in offerings.
• Monitor leads and respond promptly to meet targets.
• Support after-sales activities and upsell when appropriate.
