• Executes and delivers upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the Inside Sales role, including Quoting, Sourcing, Closing Orders, Accurate Order Entry, Outcalls, Leads and Opportunities.
• Develops strong relationships with strategic customers, quotes and negotiates price, delivery, and terms of sale, and uncovers new opportunities by asking market-related questions.
• Uses SAP CRM system to review, verify and input customer contacts, quotes and orders; communicates with Outside Sales, Purchasing and Management on new developments, sourcing and key account information.
