Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing Inside Sales/Customer Service professional in Detroit to be the central point of contact between customers, sales and the factory.

You will build strong relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence, and ensure alignment of orders with demand. You will review forecasts, manage RFQ renewals, price/margin, and support NPI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Energetic team player with a drive for high performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written).
• Self-motivated, driven and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Supply Chain knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact between customers, sales and the factory.
• Build strong customer relationships through engagement and service excellence.
• Review open orders daily and align with customer demand.
• Manage RFQ renewal and price/margin considerations.
• Review and maintain regional monthly forecast.
• Support NPI programs and track schedules with sales and FAE.
• Administer RMA process and interface with QA and engineering.
• Provide backlog analysis and scheduling insights for delivery commitments.
• Oversee customer service functions including delivery reporting and expedites.
