Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required.
• 1+ year of experience as Customer Service Representative or Inside Salesperson preferred, especially with industrial customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and distribute incoming customer calls and sales emails.
• Enter orders, create invoices, and follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Provide sales quotations and confirm product lead times; track orders and shipments.
• Maintain customer and sales-part records in the ERP system; assist with pricing requests.
