Management Performance Associates in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to become an expert on client business needs and drive sales in a specialized market. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and sales teams, with limited travel and strong growth potential within a dynamic leadership environment.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical/Materials/Industrial Engineering and 2+ years in a technically oriented, customer-facing role, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering and proven customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining or materials process operation.
• Desire to grow your career and interact with customers and team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills.
• Job shop experience is a plus; foundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and proposals for customer parts.
• Manage accounts to increase sales and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business; emphasis on existing clients.
• Lead projects through the full sales cycle and coordinate with internal teams.
