Job summary

Clickstop is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Fasteners Plus brand in a hybrid role based in Urbana, IA. You will own inbound customer calls, build strong relationships, and deliver consultative solutions while collaborating with Customer Service and Business Development to meet client needs.

You will develop product and market knowledge, qualify opportunities, and drive growth through proactive engagement, problem solving, and value creation.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Construction materials knowledge is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound customer calls and collaborate with Customer Service and Business Development.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to grow business.
• Deliver consultative, solution-oriented support balancing customer needs with growth.
• Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy and urgency.
