Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business experience specializing in enterprise program management, strategic planning, management and execution, or business transformation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record navigating complex matrixed organizations leading multi-disciplinary initiatives across technology, finance, operations and legal.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Liaison between Government Solutions and COEs on strategic projects to drive business execution and growth.
• Design objectives and work plans to execute on key revenue initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across assigned initiatives with clear communications.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate unresolved barriers with recommended actions.
• Partner with finance, technology, operations, sales, and marketing to drive progress when stalled.
• Act as trusted advisor to Government Solutions Leadership Team providing strategic planning guidance.
