Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic initiatives, business operations, portfolio management, program management, or related.
• 1+ years leading projects or workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into organized execution and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and visibility into priorities.
• Track progress across NVTI workstreams and ownership.
• Identify risks and escalate with practical mitigations.
• Support operating discipline with clear plans, follow-up, and status reporting.
• Develop senior-leader materials, including structured briefings, options, and status updates.
• Synthesize complex topics into concise narratives for audiences.
• Prepare working sessions and coordinate follow-through with stakeholders.
