Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategic initiatives, business operations, portfolio management, program management, or related discipline
1+ years of experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and driving accountability
Independent work translating strategic direction into organized execution and prioritizing competing demands

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: track progress and visibility across NVTI workstreams
Senior Leader Support: prepare structured briefings, options and status updates
Governance & Investment Prioritization: support start-up strategy and governance processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Matrixed Influence: coordinate inputs across businesses and functions
Communication: convey clear messages across all levels of the organization
Prepare working sessions and capture outcomes with follow-through
