Job summary

Project Management Institute, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Business Planning to shape and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and new business models.

The role partners with regions and central functions to ensure alignment and deliver competitive market intelligence across our core offerings. Responsibilities include developing implementation plans, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting corporate development activities such as M&A, JVs, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related in finance, accounting, or other highly quantitative discipline; MBA or equivalent desired.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a strategic role (corporate strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking).
• Experience with international business development and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulates, leads, and achieves impact of strategy approaches to support future direction and growth.
• Develops and implements strategies to deliver breakthrough business models and innovations.
• Leads business planning, regional support, and competitive/market intelligence initiatives.
• Supports corporate development activities including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
