Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategic initiatives, business operations, portfolio management, program management, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, establishing priorities, managing dependencies, and driving accountability in a matrixed environment.
• Experience translating strategic direction into organized execution, prioritizing competing demands, synthesizing complex topics, preparing senior-leader materials, identifying risks, and leading workstreams to completion.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: track progress across multiple NVTI workstreams and maintain visibility into priorities, dependencies, owners, and decisions.
• Develop materials for senior-leader decision-making, including structured briefings, options, status updates, and recommendations.
• Synthesize complex product, partnership, and governance topics into clear narratives for audiences.
• Prepare working sessions and stakeholder engagements, capture outcomes, and coordinate follow-through.
