Job summary

Meyer Lab seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through implementation, aligning with business objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will partner with leaders to drive operational improvements, scalability, and transformation across functions, including GTM finance and technology.

You will establish governance, manage risks, and report outcomes while coordinating with external partners to deliver measurable value and successful integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and business transformations.
• Lean, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies experience preferred.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations, including integration playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives, priorities, budgets, and timelines.
• Partner with leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that improve operational and sales performance and scalability.
• Establish and manage project governance with plans, budgets, milestones, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, GTM finance, and technology, plus external partners, to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify process improvements by analyzing workflows and bottlenecks; present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline operations and support growth.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans, SOPs, and implementation playbooks.
• Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and business outcomes to ensure value delivery.
• Oversee acquisition integrations, including playbook refinement, process alignment, systems integration, and synergy realization.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with disciplined processes and operationalization to transform the organization.
