Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic initiatives, business operations, portfolio management, or related field.
• 1+ years leading projects or workstreams with matrixed stakeholders.
• Experience translating strategy into organized execution and driving workstreams to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Initiatives Leader and Senior Manager with portfolio management, status tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Develop materials for senior leaders, including structured briefings and options.
• Synthesize product, partnership, and governance topics into clear narratives for audiences.
• Prepare working sessions and coordinate follow-through with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across businesses, enabling functions, and Global.
