Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking an Associate to partner with the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer. The role spans Mortgage, Title, Legal, Talent, Family Office, and other units to drive strategic initiatives from strategy to implementation.

You will develop data-driven recommendations, enhance processes, and support high-priority priorities with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional/internship experience in consulting, finance, business operations, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with analysis, problem solving, or project management in academic, professional, or extracurricular projects.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
• Analyze complex business issues and translate findings into actionable strategies for executives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and financial analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and enterprise value.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress with senior stakeholders.
