Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Talent Specialist to support the Corporate Talent Team and help shape the workforce of a growing Texas homebuilder. This hybrid role combines coordination, documentation, and analytics to advance talent development and succession planning.

You will document conversations, track development progress, and contribute to dashboards and insights for leadership, while aligning talent activities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development support experience.
• Familiarity with the nine-box framework and talent assessment.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management abilities.
• Strong written communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide administrative support to Corporate Talent Management Team across departments.
• Document meetings between Talent Partner, Talent Manager and leaders, capturing performance and development themes.
• Track learning program participation and outcomes to measure ROI and impact.
• Maintain records of development plans, nine-box data, and talent review materials.
• Support creation of materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance discussions.
• Build knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, frameworks, and processes.
