Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Planner to drive new home starts and ensure timely releases. You will work with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments to support critical processes and successful project execution.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years’ experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to meet partners and manage market starts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project schedules.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Foster, build, and maintain relationships with municipalities and developers.
• Manage and process new home starts for assigned markets.
• Strategically evaluate processing of new starts to balance releases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Review NHS tools such as Community Matrix, How-To guides, and Site Planner Matrix.
