Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a senior Benefits Manager to own and optimize our benefits programs, with a hands-on and strategic approach. You will lead a Benefits Specialist, manage self-funded medical plans, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to align benefits with business priorities.

The role requires a proven track record in benefits leadership, program design, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including self-funded plans
• Experience leading a Benefits Specialist or team
• Strong understanding of benefits governance and compliance
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex topics

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and administration of Perry Homes’ benefits programs, with a focus on self-funded medical plans
• Lead and develop the Benefits Specialist and ensure service levels
• Chair the Benefits Committee and align decisions with business priorities
• Oversee open enrollment planning, communications, and employee inquiries
• Ensure day-to-day benefits administration, compliance, and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, IT, and vendors to execute seamlessly
