Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field plus 6 years of relevant business development/sales experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Leadership experience is preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with clients to position Shimmick for project wins and long-term relationships.
• Develop industry relationships across the supply chain and pursue teaming arrangements with joint venture partners and design firms.
• Manage a CRM-based sales pipeline and guide contract negotiations to optimize risk for the company.
• Forecast sales and develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans; own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
