Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks senior professionals to drive business development and capture management across Southern California, engaging with Caltrans and transportation agencies. You will build strategic client relationships, lead pursuit efforts, and align pipelines with revenue goals while coordinating with marketing and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
• Minimum 7 years’ program management or Construction Management experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience supporting business development, capture management, marketing, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business development and major pursuit efforts focused on Caltrans, transportation agencies, city, county, ports, and surface transportation programs in Southern California.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers, serve as a relationship lead for select strategic accounts, and expand Accenture’s presence through strategic client engagement and market intelligence.
• Participate in industry organizations, attend conferences, coordinate client touchpoints and post-event summaries.
• Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline based on client interactions and market intelligence using Deltek CRM.
• Align the pipeline with firm revenue goals and staffing capacity; support early staffing plans and organizational charts.
• Lead or support go/no-go decisions, pursuit strategies, and outreach to clients and teaming partners.
• Facilitate teaming strategies with primes and subconsultants; manage partner relationships through pursuit lifecycle.
• Develop capture plans with key contacts, win themes, differentiators, and pursuit milestones; support submissions and interviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing on proposals, conferences, and branding; support messaging and rehearsals.
