Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior leader to drive growth and shape large-scale client transformations across public and private sector clients. You will partner with C-suite and senior public-sector leaders to modernize planning, governance, and execution of capital investments, leveraging Accenture’s capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience.
• Proven success in origination and delivery of large engagements.
• Deep expertise in PMO transformation and capital governance.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and shape large-scale client transformations across public and private sector clients.
• Partner with C-suite and senior public-sector leaders to modernize capital investments.
• Advise across the full capital lifecycle—planning, funding, design, construction, and operations.
• Originate, shape, and close large infrastructure engagements while building executive relationships.
• Lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead.
• Design and implement modern PMO and governance models, leveraging data and digital tools.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and contribute to capability development.
• Represent Accenture as a thought leader and collaborate across practices.
